"Good deals on used kids clothes, shoes, books and toys. Their sales can sometimes be a bit confusing but they are good about having seasonal items and everything I've bought has been high quality."

"Ok I've emailed corporate, the local store manager and nobody has gotten back to me. Just goes to show how much this place does not care and just wanted your money. They totally scammed on Thursday. I had at least $80-100$$ worth of stuff that they bought for $50. When asked to show a break down the girl said she couldn't because the ticket was closed already. I dealt with 2 girls one newer and nice and one not new, rude, condescending, and unprofessional. I've tried contacting a manager and no one will get back to me. I understand they have to make money too..... But I think something else is going on here. I will never go back or recommend. If they are gonna sell stuff top dollar (for second hand) they should pay you decently. Which they did for my second order which makes me think something shady happened to my first order. I'll never know because none will respond. Don't bother. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE."

"Worst place to sell clothes if you want your moneys worth. I brought in all new baby clothes from Christmas that were size 0-3 to 18-2T outfits, roughly about 60 outfits. Only offered to take two when all of them were brand new and my child never worn them, I even called beforehand and asked what they wanted and they told me toddlers. I brought a pack Of 148 diapers that cost 28$, and then a small Pack of 2. They offered me 16.00$…. Don’t go here, they sell the outfits way more than what you offer (1-2$) same goes with everything else in there. No point in even waisting the time, thought this would be an easy way to make some money for my rent and clearly not."

"I have been to a Once Upon a Child Children's Clothing Store twice now. The first time was with my daughter and today with my daughter in law. I wish this store was around when I was raising my three kids!! It’s more than just a clothing store as they sell gently used children's clothing (preemie to youth 20) shoes, toys, books, games, furniture and shelves and all sorts of baby paraphernalia! It’s a one stop shop! The store itself is laid out by size of clothing (preemie, newborn, 3-6 months, 6-9 months etc) The staff was very friendly, the store is clean, and there’s a bathroom. Since the clothes is gently used the prices are very reasonable. If you’re a label shopper they have most all of the popular brands. I love this store and can’t imagine why everyone wouldn’t shop here!!"

"The only reason I had to rate this place so low is because I was hoping to get more for my money. I will post a picture of what I got, and my total was $71. I can get the same clothes at thrift stores in the area at better prices. The only reason I ended up buying this stuff at this price is because I brought in clothing and was able to offset the price with the trade-in items. I don't think this will be a regular shopping place for us unless we have stuff to trade due to the pricing of their items."
