"Horrible experience. I personally washed all my sons clothes that doesn’t fit him anymore the day before I went to this store. Washed the clothes and folded them very nicely in a basket (Bin). When I got there the employees were so rude and mean. They acted like I was bothering them, like doing their job is a bother. Literally after 2 minutes the lady had the audacity to tell me she couldn’t accept the clothes because they smelled and weren’t wash. Unbelievable!!! You could smell how good they smelled from a mile away, that’s how good I washed them. The workers at this place makes this place horrible to shop and sell clothes."
"Terrible experience. Today I brought two kids strollers inside. It’s been non stop raining for the last 3 days straight. I came in soaked with two strollers also soaked and was told that they can’t take them because they are wet. At this point me and everybody and everything else coming through the door was wet. Maybe next time I came they will have a door to door service or drive through. Never mind, I’d rather sell on Facebook market place and give struggling families the discount instead of keeping this companies lights on"
"This has been one of the largest OUOC stores I’ve visited. My kids found exactly what they needed (and then some) for a mini Fall vacation up north. The employees were kind and helpful. The store was clean well organized."
"Been going to the store for many years, reselling my son's clothes and then using the money to buy more. They grow so fast. That's the only way you can afford it. And the ladies working knows All the customers by name I think that means excellent customer service. Highly recommend and this location as well"
