"We got here a little over half an hour before they were supposed to close, and they let us know that they were closing every 5 minutes. Wouldn’t take cash because they had already closed the registers. Prices aren’t clear and hard to tell what is part of the buy 3 get one free for the t-shirts. They still charged you $0.01 for the buy one get one FREE sweatshirts. You could tell they were aggravated that we were there."

"DO NOT GO HERE!!! This store was by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The lady that checked me out smacked my shot glasses on the counter. She also threw my items in the bag. And she got mad when I asked her to check the price on one of my items. Seriously all the employees are rude, disrespectful, and full of attitude."

"Had a horrible experience. The signs aren’t clear as to what is on the buy 3 get 1 free. So when I asked to take something off when I realized it wasn’t on the deal the cashier rolled her eyes and sighed. She was very rude. I come here every year and usually buy all my souvenirs here but I will never shop here again. My cashiers name was Shanae. She needs some serious customer service training."

"Vacations Time, Stop Here Like All The Other Beachside Souvenir Store Each State Have With Beachfront. I Spent Under $60 Dollars. Went in With At least $100 Dollar Mind Set. They Have Plenty And Every You Would Want For Your Home Decor Or Gifts Up Stairs And Down Stairs. Recommend For Out Of Towners."

"We were in town vacationing and we stopped to get some souvenirs. During New Years I had a tumble and hurt my knee, so I wasn't able to go up the stairs. I explained that to the young man who was at the cashier and he didn't seem to care. When I explicitly the store is not wheelchair accessible he made it seem as though it's whatever, not important to him at all! What he should have said was that even though he doesn't manage the ADA compliance at the store he is willing to convey my sentiments to the manager. This young man did not seem to care one bit, as seen in the video. I found his behavior to be extremely ableist. Is this what Alvin's stands for? If so that's really sad."
