Gulf Place Caribbean

"They sent my wife an email on the day of arrival they they just ordered a part for the dryer bc it wasn’t working, the door the the laundry was just left off the Mount. And they knew we were traveling with littles. SAFETY HAZARD!! so we were not able to do any laundry or drying of wet clothes while here. The iron didn’t work, some of the power outlets are worn out and won’t retain the plug, bed sheets don’t fit the bed, they curl up and you’re sleeping on the mattress by the time morning comes, couch is worn out, hope u got good knees, coffee table in the living area sways like a boat bc the legs are so loose, so does the table adjacent to the chair, dining table does the same. We came here off of a recommendation, utterly disappointed. You can hear every step someone takes upstairs. It is across from the beach, but you do have to tackle about 30 stairs to get down to the beach. No beach views from your room unless you stay in specific units….if you’re lucky. At least the people around are nice. No skimmer net at the pool to get bugs and tree debris out. Just gotta swim through it."

"Gulf Place Caribbean is making repairs to the stairs. It's pretty ominous looking, but plenty safe. The condos are in a great location on 30-A. They are rooms and updated. Very modern and comfortable. What used to be a beautiful view across 30-A to the ocean is now a little blocked by new construction of some new large homes on the beach side of 30-A. It's not enough to prevent me from returning."

"Been going 12 years. Our place and owner was terrific but there was another group that overtook everything. They've added so many new units but no new amenities (like pools) that now they're overcrowded. Sad to say that after this long but won't go back because of it"

October 2021 Well like the rest of the 30a area Santa Rosa where Gulf place is is building up Plenty of new condos to choose from and they added another pool Just across the street from the ocean it is still the Family oriented place to go My condo this time was not very clean But that is on the condo owner and not Gulf Place Caribbean property management The pool and facilities are clean and well kept. Elevator was even cleaned daily No loud music or teenage or college kids At night. This is the place for a family vacation not a party"

"This was our first experience in a beach condo. The view was AMAZING!! The furniture was nice and the bed was comfortable. The shower was a bit small and the kitchen wasnt as clean as I would have liked. Other than that, we would come again."
