"If you’re looking for a perfect home to get away, look no further. House is beautiful Each room has its own bathroom. We absolutely loved and enjoyed the private pool that is covered so no mosquitoes/bugs (I know amazing uh).. House was clean and spacious. It also comes with a golf cart and bikes. Restaurants/shopping/desert just a 5-6 min golf cart ride or bike ride. Beach was only a 2 min ride. The Neightbhoor was so quiet and if you’re lucky like us you’ll see 3 deers walking around it.. the cutest! Our experience at Stephanie and Ben’s home was truly amazing. Everything you need in a home away from home is here.. We will definitely be back!!"

"HIGHLY RECOMMEND this fabulous beach house! It has it all! Plenty of space for large families. There are two living rooms with tvs. One of the tvs has a gaming console that’s super cool because it has old school games. The dining room table is huge. It’s great Not only for mealtime, but for playing games. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need! Each bedroom has its own private bathroom. There is a spacious bunk room for the kids. The heated pool and hot tub were great for kids and adults. The neighborhood is beautiful and just a short walk to the beach. There was a 7 person golf cart that was great for loading up beach chairs and toys. Bikes are also included in the rental. We loved riding around the neighborhoods and to the shops and food trucks which are close by. This house has everything you need for a perfect stay on 30A."

"Fantastic beach house! Stayed with family for a week. There were 11 of us and we had plenty of space to spread out. Super nice, clean and spacious rooms. Big plus that each room had its own private bath. The beds and pillows are comfortable. The 7 person golf cart was great for hauling chairs (and people) to the beach. The walk to the beach only takes about 10 min. Close to shops, food trucks and restaurants. The pool was great for the kids and the hot tub was nice as well. I highly recommend this house! I will definitely stay here in my next visit!"

"This house should top your list if you are looking to get away to Seagrove and Seaside. Every detail has been thought of here - from the well appointed kitchen, the numerous king size beds, the separate carriage house, and Roku TVs in every room. We even had a few days of rain on our stay and found the house to be a fantastic retreat, sitting on the super comfortable front porch every morning and evening. The screened pool area in the back made for mosquito-free swimming and dining on the patio. The location of the house is great. We loved the golf cart and the two minute trip to the beach, the quick access to the Publix grocery store, and the short trip to downtown Seaside. All the while, the house sits on a quiet street, secluded off the bustle of 30A.This house is everything you would want for a beach vacation."

"Perfect Vacation Home! We are a family of 6 and need lots of space, fun options in and around the house, close proximity to the beach, and simply a place to make memories — This house provided all of that and more. The bedrooms are large and plentiful (3 King, 3 Queen, 2 Twin, 5 Full baths, 1 half bath), the beds are really comfortable, the kitchen is updated, the beach is close (8 min walk or a 2 min golf cart ride), the 6 person golf cart is so much fun to take into town or to the beach (my kids favorite part of the house!), the pool and hot tub are great and both are in a screen enclosure, there are great options for games, puzzles, TV (cable) and movies, WiFi, Sonos in every room, and the neighborhood is quiet and really friendly. We highly recommend this house!"
