"I have a very nice pug that was in a crate the majority of our stay. When I walked in to get a room, I asked if the pet fee was refunded afterwards if no damages. I was in informed it was refundable. I was then charged the 100$ dollar pet fee, because it is non-refundable. Then when I call and ask about it, (as usual with the customer service we see these days.) I was told tough luck. Not even someone trying to help. I will not be staying at any Marriott after this experience. Just know if you have a pet. It's 100$ even if it's a one night stay. To be honest, I'm more upset at the lack of humanity or empathy when dealing with the people that spend their hard earned and hard taxed money with this company."

"Stayed here for over a month. The room was very spacious! My room included an oven (not all of them have one) and that was a great perk. You couldn’t ask for a better location. A 15 minute walk, or a 3 minute VEO electric scooter ride, to Palafox Street. The staff are VERY friendly and will work to accomodate all of your needs."

"Did a quick stop here while I was in town for business. It is very convenient to walk downtown and close by the Pensacola Beaches. The staff was super nice. Breakfast was nothing special but not bad. My only issue is that the curtains only cut down some of the light as there is no cornice board so I still got a lot of street lamps light in the room, but that wasn't as bad as the smoke alarm and some other device that were bright. It is a decent place to stay if you are in town."

"My family & I recently had a very enjoyable weekend stay at this property! At check-in, Paula made us feel welcome and right at home. She told us about the local art show the following day that we were able to walk to, which was awesome! Cindy also made us feel welcome and appreciated as she gave us an extra sheet and blanket for our son to use on the pull-out bed. They were so friendly and helpful that it enhanced out stay and our feelings about the property. We were quite comfortable there, and really enjoyed the downtown location and the ability to walk around, sight see, and eat and drink at the local establishments. After we got back home, we realized that we must have left a portable reading light in the room because we did not have it with us. I called the property and Paula answered the phone. She took my message and let me know to call the housekeeping the following morning. Before I could even call the next day, Cindy called me to tell me the great news that they had our light and would be happy to ship it to us!! OUTSTANDING service - thanks so much!! We will be back!"
