"My visit to the Waterford location was not a pleasant one. I normally shop at the Oviedo location, but happened to be in the Waterford area. I had a few returns and exchanges to be processed and had everything nicely organized with the receipt. First I had to return a junior tee. I had bought two over the last month, one in store and the other an online purchase. I had previously returned the same tee bought in the store. For some reason, my new Kohl's card did not link up any of my prior purchase history. The customer service rep scanned it along with the receipt and told me it was already returned. I told her it wasn't and had her do a search for the other one. She couldn't find it. I told her I bought it at Oviedo within the last month. She rudely said what do you want me to do with it? I was starting to get upset because the Kohl's hassle free policy was certainly not the case. She pushed it to the side and continued with my returns. I was exchanging a wmns Tek tee for the same style but different color since it was not in stock in the store. Mind you I bought the original one on 12/21/23 and was exchanging for the same item, but different color 1 week later. The lady said she can't do that and said there was nothing she could do. I am furious because I have spent a lot of money at Kohl's in general and then to have such a hassle when I return items I've bought with in a month with a receipt. I will never shop at this Kohl's location again. Not even sure I will shop at Kohl's period after all of this. The service was unacceptable. I've worked in retail in the past and if I would have treated customer in this manner I would be out of a job. Travel the extra distance and shop at the Oviedo location."
"I'm handicapped and went to Kohl's to return something from Amazon. The returns are all the way in the very furthest back corner of the store, and then you usually have to stand a long time waiting in line. It's not convenient or quick. Take your return to a UPS store instead."
"This is a nice store. Clearance racks are easy to spot and depending on how far in they are in their sales, you may find great deals. It is clean and well organized. Customer service is excellent, the employees are attentive, and knowledgeable. They have a new Sephora section which is remarkable. Make sure you are registered to receive their emails. They send discounts every so often."
