"Used the absolutely EMPTY parking lot (now I know why it's empty) so I could run across the street to a job interview. Interviewers told me it would be roughly 3 hours, so I paid for 4 hours of parking with a card. The interview ran about 4 and a half hours. I come back to the park and find I have already been fined 50 dollars. I paid with a card, which was on file, and they couldn't just charge it for the extra time or let me buy more time, the 'grace period' is only 20 minutes. How this company is in business is beyond me, this is such an outright scam that it is ridiculous."
"Same as many others. This place seems to be resorting to a scam to con people out of money. I received a $100 fine (even though they claim to send a $50 one first), but I do not remember parking in their lot without paying for parking. Additionally, on that day I ran to get a coffee and could not have been there for more than 10-15 min (they claim in the comments that they have a 20 min grace period). The only "proof" that they offer is a picture of me going into the lot, but not one of me leaving or the time stamps of either. Further, they refused to say who the "private company" managing their lot was until recently and when you look them up, they are no where to be found. The collection company also is nowhere to be found online. I sincerely hope this store goes out of business."

"Received an invoice for a parking violation for using their lot in the amount of $50. Submitted a dispute providing receipt of payment at the parking kiosk, showed bank statements in dispute only to see it has gone up to $100 fine. This is unacceptable, clearly they need to update there parking system."
"I don't know about their fur coats but I do know their parking lot get rich scheme is impeccable. Can't even park in a big empty parking lot for a few minutes to grab some food from next door without receiving a $100 parking ticket. The club goers aren't parking there at night anymore because they closed down club lit so now they must be trying to get it back during the day. If your coming to buy a coat here set aside $100 just for parking. Sad"
