"Your company sent me 5+pair of shoes that I was looking fwrd to wearing asap. Upon recv. The shoes it was a total “INSULT”. None of the shoes fitted based on the size I ordered. I know my shoe size & the size of my feet & I have never ever had this problem in the past 45 years that I have been ordering my shoes. Then when I contact Zeraclub informing them of the issue I was treated as if I was retarded & didn’t know my own shoe size. This is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard of. I wasn’t provided w/ an option to return the shoes for the correct size. I wasn’t even provided w/ the option to return the shoes. They wanted me to measure my feet & record or take pictures so that they can try & come up w/ a reason not to accept my return. I can’t even believe this happen to only me in this life time. I am so, so disappointed in the way I’m being treated. Customers in America are suppose to be treated w/ dignity & respect. Also, the customer is always right. I paid honest American dollars for my purchase, I provided my accurate size & even recv. Sizes smaller than the size I ordered, I contacted Zeraclub and felt insulted. I could not speak to a live person, nor was I afforded the address to return the shoes to. This company is truly unbelievable."

"Came here to drop my 15 year old son off and ended up getting me a jacket for a great price. If your a Thrifter this is the spot for u. Overwhelming I have to say with the amount of good clothes. Prices are ridiculous low low . They have fitting rooms and bathrooms. Staff is nice , and yes this is the place that's on tic toc."
