"Conflicted as a frequent flyer here. Stayed in two of the rooms. One room definitely has a better bed than the other. I like the labeling system in the kitchen. Microwave , utensils, cups available. Love the laundry room. They have extra towels and blankets for your room there. The floors seem very old so don't plan on wearing your clean socks on them. The room the last time we stayed was poorly dusted and they missed a lot like i think they just skip the bathtub cleaning. we had to request a room cleaning. This time was better but again it was a different room. Now they have a no smoking policy posted and I think it means you cannot smoke on the wrap around balcony or anywhere on property. Cannot tell if it applies to vapes though. We like the place enough to keep coming back."

"We booked the Bowery Inn last minute and so glad we did. There were a couple of hiccups but Brittney the property manager is phenomenal! She gave great communication from the beginning! She even came to the property at 10pm one night when we had an issue. Very sweet girl who cares about the experience her guests have. The location is adorable with restaurants and pubs in walking distance. We enjoyed listening to live music that was just around the corner from us. The decor was refab furniture that tied in nicely with the time period the building was built. We travel almost every weekend in the summer and we agree that the bed was the most comfortable we have ever slept in! The only reason I did not give it a 5 stars all around is because there was a noise in our room the kept us up most of the night. However, Brittney and the management company took care of us and we are told they were working on the problem. We didn't mind not having having TV in the room, but keep in mind that the rooms do not offer this if that is something you require in your stay. All and all we would still definitely come back!"

"Dirty room with someone else's underwear in the bed. Even though they have posted that they got the locks fixed, they still don't work. Since the locks didn't work, I called and no one answered. Finally called me back 15 minutes later. We also had to wait for an hour for our room to be cleaned. The manager acted like it was our fault for booking the room the day before. This has never happened to us before. What a nightmare after driving hours to get to Apalachicola. The manager said that the owner would give us a break on the cost, but that wasn't true either."

"Great no frills lodging. Very cute and we loved staying in a historic building. Also in a great location with walking distance of everything in downtown Apalachicola. Only negative was that the air conditioning was out due to lightening striking the building. Since we were there in June it was quite hot and the room got uncomfortably hot for a few days. Once they fixed the issue, everything was great."

"Amazing place to stay. Its an old building but it's been remodeled inside and out. It's self check in and out with 4 bedrooms. The beds are super comfy and the inn is very clean. There are balconies with plenty of good views. It's walking distance to everything in Apalachicola. The have a Kureig with supplied k cups, a toaster oven, fridge stocked with water. You can place your items in the common fridge with your name on them. They have plastic silverware, plates, and bowls. It's the perfect place for couples to stay. I don't think I'd bring younger children though. We will definitely stay again."
