"This is a small RV site - Boutique in style The new management are doing a great job revamping facilities as they go along - Nice level gravel pads with grass between sites. Beach is walkable - Windmark Beach bike path is only a few minutes drive Cape San Blas has nice state park with safe kayaking Port St Joe is a nice town to walk thru with plenty of restaurants Sevearl trails including the lighthouse. Yes - great place to be"

"We found this RV Park on line and we took it for four days. We like it enough that we will come back for two weeks next year. We have a 34 ft motorhome with tow and the pull through site was perfect. The sites, of which there are 14, was white crushed stone but level. The owner, who greeted us when we arrived, was putting down fresh turf at the sites and has obviously done a lot of work to put the park in great shape. The park is quite at night, friendly during the day and one street away from the Gulf. There are two washers and dryers and a shower all in new condition in a clean little hut as you enter the park. "Isaac and Sarah are wonderful owners/host. Very accommodating . This is a hidden gem for all those that are traveling through or want to stay a month to enjoy the area . Directly across the street from a beach . Clean Laundry room and a small, well maintained quiet campground . Highly recommend ! We will be back for sure ."

"11/10/2023: Lovely small RV Park. Very quiet, clean, with great facilities. The camp host Sarah was extremely helpful and pleasant. She was very prompt Answering text messages even prior to arrival. I was only a weekend guest but will make the short trip from Panama City again. I highly recommend Aqua Bay! 1/20/2024: This was my second visit to Aqua Bay RV Park and again was more than satisfied with the park and its amenities! The communication between Sarah ( Park host) and myself were excellent! As with my previous visit, everything was clean and accessible. This visit the weather was extremely cold. 20’s over night so I didn’t spend too much time outside visiting with other guests. I’ll plan another trip in a few months when the weather improves. "We as a family honestly have so many amazing things to say but not enough time. The owners are amazing and so helpful, laundry/bathroom are always kept clean and well maintained, not to mention pet friendly and kid welcoming with a play set and lots of room to ride bikes. Trusted our kids outside all day with no worries. Thank you for the wonderful stay. A short 2min walk to the beach to watch amazing sunsets. Perfect location."
