"I do not care for this store. Prices are high, incentives are not impressive. Have no desire to return. I periodically try again and every time I am dissatisfied. Today they had big signs sign up for coast to coast rewards and get a $5 reward to day. At register I sign up, but no I can't use the $5 coupon it will be emailed to me. I complained said I feel this is misleading and Woman at register implies if we give the coupon people would probably return the item. I said the receipts would reflect the Discount what is your point??? Do not blast me with $5 off Today and then pull that I have to check my email and use it next month. As if I have time to wait for Beals coupons. I am in your store now. Make it convenient for the customer and give them the $5 off purchase today. If you want an incentive program and obtain loyal customers go visit Kohl's. Want to make me happy put $5 credit on my card."
