"Selection of new shoes was very small and many only had 1 size available to choose from"
"Would give them no stars if it was possible. Ordered shoes online for a Christmas gift, shipping label was created (so payment was taken), but they were never shipped. I was never given an update. The store never answers the phone. Had to call customer service several times. By the time they couldn’t reach the store either to find out where the package was, the shoes were sold out, so all I could get was a refund. Ridiculous."
"Great stop for interesting Nike shoes at good retail prices. Just super busy, and tough to park at this mall. Not their fault I suppose!"
"The store seemed light staffed today I helped myself if I only had access to the back room I would've got my own sneakers for my daughter, the cashier was great smiling and very patient so the 4 stars is for the cashier. I would've gave it a 5 but I look at the store as a whole so thank the cashier Melissa"
"Placed an online order, and when I went to pick it up they gave me the box and shoes in this condition. Shoes had clearly been worn outside the store, and the box was severely damage. Definitely not acceptable on a $200 pair of shoes, mentioned it to a sales associate and they just shrugged it off. Thankfully the online customer service is going to make it right, but I certainly won't be eager to make a purchase from them in the future."
