I phoned this Men’s Wearhouse store to ask if they could assist me with an issue. Not only did a “real person” answer the phone quickly (a novel experience these days) but Maria was extremely professional on the phone and said yes come in we can help you today. So I drove the 18 miles to the store and Maria could not have been more friendly or helpful quickly resolving my issue with the promise to turn my alteration around in a week. Five star service! "I think Men's Wearhouse is suffering from the retail worker shortage we hear about in the news regularly. We were there at 10:20 in the morning on a weekday this week. We haven't been to this store in a few years. When we walked in, I noticed that it was less tidy looking than I expected. Usually the displays are crisp and on point. Everything looked a little crowded and unkempt. I am only aware of two sales associates working at that time. Each of them were trying to help multiple customers at the same time. Both of them were pleasant, professional, and knowledgeable, but being pulled in too many directions. It made for long waits and pauses in trying to get information and select items. I think Men's Wearhouse would benefit greatly from hiring another worker or two to be on the floor."

"Buyer’s beware of defective clothing return policy. I bought a complete suit from MW for my son’s wedding. On the day of the wedding, I opened the new pair of socks I purchased with the suit to find the seam was torn. Since I had no time to replace, I had to wear them. When I returned from the wedding weekend, MW would not exchange, only give a 25% discount on a new pair. They sited their “loss prevention policy”. I recommend before walking out of the store with new clothing, you have the staff open every piece of clothing and inspect ever inch for holes. Luck for me, it was only a $15 pair of socks and not the jacket, pants, tie or shirt. Disappointed!"
