"Great customer service - surprised to see the recent negative reviews about it. Went in not a fan of suit shopping don’t have an eye for it. Jesse helped me pick out a shirt tie and shoes I was happy and even excited about after having a TERRIBLE experience at the winter garden location. Jesse took the time to ask what the occasion was what my preferences were and took the time to match up couple different color pairings and what it would look like all together. He was fantastic and has great suggestions for styling suits and colors"

"Unprofessional is the least we can say about this place. The ponytail guy was so condescending. Doesn’t sell or provide customer service. He just gives unhelpful, short, even rude answers to fair questions. This guy made me feel uncomfortable and un-welcomed. Look at all the other comments about this location’s customer service and profiling. I thought it was just me but looking at the other reviews it shows a pattern of disrespect to customers. Definitely not just my perception."
"Long hair guy needs customer service training or to kindly ask him to find a different job because he clearly hates being there. Came in looking to buy an outfit for new years. Quickly realized this guy was forced to say hello to me and he didn’t want to be there. Short answer, not helpful, uncomfortable situation. They must want to be out of business because I was the only person there."
"Be sure to take out that 2nd mortgage before you come here. Clothes are nice but not for the price they are asking. Staff was friendly and helpful. The store is neat and clean. I just wish they were reasonable with their prices."
