"I went to go buy some shoes since last time I went there it was a very good experience. This time it was not. I went in to buy some shoes and i found some that I wanted and no one looked at me or helped me so I had to go up to them. I asked for a size 7 they then came up to me and go “we only have it in a 6” and handed me the box in a rude way. Happened twice. They also just kept ignoring the people who came in and kept talking to each other. I ended up leaving without anything."

"Be advised…..This store doesn’t do returns. There is one little sign at the register right where you lay down your merchandise on the counter that says this. It’s conveniently placed right where you lay your merchandise so it ends up covering it up. They also told me it was on the receipt which was only received after purchase so that warning is the most asinine and ridiculous way to advise of this I can think of. Oh, and they were super rude about it. Not a fan. Do not recommend."

"A week ago I purchased a pair of OnClouds from Sunset. The very nice young lady brought me out a pair of size 11; I put the left one on, if was snug but fit; I was in a hurry and didn't bother trying the right. I got home, put the shoes in my closet, threw away the box and receipt. A week later, I put them on and the right shoe was too small!! I check the size, it's 11 but it's a half-size small. I've never had this experience with OC. My wife called Sunset Shoes and spoke to a manager (Bill) he offered to exchange them without a box!! Most shoe stores will not take shoes back without a box and receipt; I had a bank statement copy with the shoe purchase, but he took the shoes (didn't even ask for the bank proof) and handed me a pair of 11.5 that fit perfectly! I will be buying all my running shoes from Sunset Shoes!"

"Wife and I stopped in before going to see a movie. We were in the store for over 10 min and not one associate greeted us or asked if we needed help. I purposely grabbed a shoe and did the look around for help (it was a shoe I wanted). I finally had enough and decided to go to the manager or owner of the store. The store is pretty small and crowded with merch, I point this out because I had to pass an associate on the way to the register where the "manager" is sitting down using a computer instead of helping customers. I talked to him about the problem and the associate overheard and swore she thought I didn't need help. The manger just pretty much blew me off and didn't even try to rectify the situation. Now I am not the one to pull a "demographic" card but anyone who knows this area knows it's a tourist spot with mostly wealthy visitors of certain demographics. I guess I did not meet the "demographic" to warrant being taken care of like others who got attention when I went in, maybe I should have just let my wife go in alone, I'm sure the scenario might have been different.. I will leave it to you to figure out what I'm getting at."

"This cute store is tiny, but packed with so many shoes to try on and shop through! My husband and I went in on vacation looking for comfy shoes. The sweet lady working was SO helpful! He got a pair he is very satisfied with and I got a pair too. I decided to exchange mine a couple days later and the same lady working was incredibly patient with me as I tried on several pairs because I couldn’t find a pair that fit me well. She helped me find the perfect fit and I was able to leave with a different pair of shoes! What great service!"
