"Spend your money elsewhere. The staff here are rude, impatient and flat out unkind. Souvenirs are overpriced, sale signs are misleading and then the staff are crude when you ask them a question about the price. I brought a group of adults with disabilities down for vacation and was disappointed with the interactions from the employees there. We tried to exchange a fragile item that had a chipped piece that was noticed after the fact and they were not willing to let us exchange. Shop anywhere but any of these locations."
"Customer service is awful! My daughter bought a long sleeve top. Washed it the same night and the font is peeling off. The manager even with the receipt and tag said no returns or exchanges. Awful product! Sad my young daughter was so excited to buy a shirt then have it turn out to be garbage."
"Loved getting our souvenirs here! They had so much to choose from. Friendly people and many choices. It was a bit crowded with stuff, however! They did take Apple Pay and Samsung Pay, though! Had some sales going on, too, which is always a good thing for bargain shoppers."
"EVERYTHING was good about the store, nice employees, AC was on, everything was good I even bought some stuff. It was a little cramped in though, the merchandise was very cool, shirts were all sale, they have lots of clothes, toys, keychains, water bottles, sun cream. Overall good place."
"First impression - tooo cramped with a lot of stuff!! It's hard to walk around within the store. Easy to spot or find, access from the road. Friendly staff and they would ask or help to find what you are looking for. Tons of items to choose from, not well arranged though. You could easily spend good hour or two if you are not sure of what you want."
