"If you're black youll probably get ZERO customer assistance. Two white female employees (tall short haired brunette) and shorter long haired brunette white women DID NOT say a single word to us when we walked into the store. We were literally the only people in there and they both stood at the checkout counter like complete goofy's and completely ignored my mom while she browsed the store. I noticed the unwelcoming energy almost immediately so opted out of looking around even thought I I intially planned on purchasing something. We were in there for a solid 10 mins and not a single word was exchanged. Idk if they just assume black people aren't going to buy anything so don't bother greeting or what the problem is but they need some serious customer service retraining because that was completely unacceptable."

"The worst experience ever. Poor customer service. I was visiting the store on December 9th around 5pm. The store was pretty empty. I selected 2 pairs of shoes for my son and was ready to check out when I noticed white wedges. I tried one shoe and asked associate to them me the other shoe; she got the shoe I was trying on and went to storage room to get the other shoe. When she came back she informed me that those shoes are no longer available and other associate is saving it for her friend... I am a customer here now and willing to buy it now, since I’ve been trying them on... she started arguing with me. When I said that it’s unprofessional and I will complain she said she doesn’t care and good luck with that. They all were laughing making me uncomfortable and humiliated! I was willing to spend over $200 and left without spending a dimes solely for mistreatment of customers at this store. Highly suggest Management to look into this matter."
