"Amazon operated return center on Kohl's 2nd floor. Select Kohls to drop off an Amazon return. In Jan 2024 could drop off items and Amazon would scan your code and accept your return without a shipping box. Other return locations required you to bring return in a shipping box or bag"

I hope I got this name right, but I needed to return an online order which I had never received an email confirmation for, and he took his time as went as far as calling customer support to be able to get my order number and issue a refund!
