"Horrible experience. First off they do not accept returns only exchanges and store credits (which should tell you something) The quality of products are not the greatest. I went to exchange some pants and a top. I advised the rep since the tops are 3 for $15.99 I would just get the two additional tops instead. The gentleman that was assisting me so happened to be the manager and he seemed so confused. He also moves quite slow so it took him a while to finish with me. I haven’t shopped here in a very long time and now I remember why. I would not shop here ever again. Not a good experience."

"I went in the store looking for a very specific style of clothing and struggled to find it at first but I saw an employee and asked for help (i think her name was anissa?) and she helped me find the right section and pick out clothes that fit my style perfectly. She was extremely attentive and thorough with her assistance and I walked out of there looking fresher than I ever had in my life before thanks to her."
