"Not very helpful but we didn’t find what we needed. Eventually the selection is small but they do have a little bit of everything but they don’t have wide for soccer shoes or you know something more outside the average take a size 14 but it’s typical for a retail store sothe staff could’ve been a little more helpful"

"I’ve came to this store a couple of times over the past few months to pick up items that my home store did not have. I’ve worked with Tyrese and he is just so passionate about his job and understands customer service. I watched him handle many different customers at the same time Multitasking doing a great job. He found my children’s and my shoes in no time. Keep employees like this. They keep people like me coming back."

"I will never purchase another bike or service a bike at this location. We purchased a new bike that never performed up to par, brought it in for a tune up (which we paid for) along with a tune up for a second bike. When I brought the bikes home, I realized the chains had not even been cleaned or even oiled and the bikes were essentially in the same condition. Is there no quality control here? Now we have two useless bikes, thank you. Not even worth the trip back at this point, since I have no confidence in this store."
