"BUYER BEWARE! I ordered 1 faja from this company using THEIR directions. Well…when the faja arrived it was way too big. I signed up for an immediate return going through their proper channels. They CLAIM to offer FREE RETURNS! THIS IS A LIE! In fine print (which I missed because I saw FREE RETURNS and didn’t look any further) it states that the customer is responsible for getting the product back to them. Sooooo…it cost me $13.40 to return the faja to them. I had several emails back and forth with the company and they told me that they would give me a free return on my NEXT purchase if there was a problem…are you kidding me?! I am not a fan of purchasing online just because of shipping costs. I am chalking this up to a $13.40 lesson. Saddest thing is that I was planning on repurchasing a smaller size."

"I ordered 2 Fajas and requested an exchange for the Stage 3 Faja. It’s been 3 weeks and I still haven't received the exchange. The representative stated that they sent me the wrong shipping label. I will not recommend anyone to purchase from Snatched Body. This is horrible customer service."

"The faja is very nice and shapes you but after 2 days or so there is no compression on the abdomen and it rolls up. I did a return on one of the 2 fajas I purchased because one was too big, I was approved for return so I PAID to return the item just to receive a call from ups saying the address given was incorrect because it was empty. I reached out they straight ignored me for a week then I followed up and they said they would send information to return and it’s been a week again and no reply this is ABSURD I’m about to dispute with my bank at this point. Their customer service is a front!"

"Terrible company with even worse work ethic. Saw this faja on social media a year ago, and tried ordering online just for the models online to be extremely photoshopped (at least from my opinion. i've seen their influencers on their social media and they DO NOT look the same). I still wanted to test out their faja so i decided to go into their office and no one spoke or serviced me. A hispanic guy finally bumped into me but he didn't even sound like he knew what he was talking about. Terrible customer service for overpriced faja's."
