"Customer service is terrible. Overpriced store. I hope Waterford finds a new tenant. After reviewing some of the reviews it seems like I need to edit my review to be more detailed. This store likes to add products to sale racks that aren’t included in that sale or not honor past sales when they forget to take the signs down. That’s not great customer service. I approached a rack full of jerseys and the display Jordan apparel. Ok the rack where two different types of Jordan jerseys as well as Nike jerseys. When I approached the checkout the price was not the sale price so the girl called the manager over. I don’t know who had more attitude when I questioned the sale price, the cashier or the female manager. (1/24/24 @ 2:00pm) The fine print reads Nike jerseys, not Jordan. So why create a display to trick customers into purchasing something full price? So for those who aren’t paying attention or are distracted by their young kids, fall for this scam. And out of all those people, how many will go home and realize this but not have enough time to go back and remedy this? I understand we should all be cautious and read the fine print but this was a targeted marketing scheme. I’ve added a pic of the display and the second style of Jordan jerseys on the rack."

"In the stores the employees don’t want to be bothered and their response to every question you ask is, “we don’t have it in stock, check online.” Everything online is either sold out or not available in size. When you order online it takes weeks for the product to arrive at your home. Sometimes my orders are cancelled for no apparent reason. Please be careful when purchasing online so that this doesn’t happen to you!"

"My nephew and I were casually shopping and walked into this store. The floor team was nice and helpful. My nephew wanted a pair of New Balance sneaker that the floor team couldn't find in the back. He quickly called his manager for additional support. The manager was super helpful and searched everywhere for my nephew's size. Unfortunately, his size wasn't available. I really appreciated the focus and drive to our experience. The icing on the cake would have been a better inventory. Thanks guys!"

"I found some nice shoes for my son. They had a sticker on sale for $74.99 I went to pay for them and the “store manager” wants to charge $106. I showed him the obvious sticker with the sale price and he says: oh that’s yesterdays sticker, today the price is $100 plus tax. As a regular customer service, if they forgot to remove the price tag, then they should honor it and remove the tags afterwards if they don’t want people to buy it at the sale price. I believe it is a classic bait and switch technique. I do not recommend this store"
