"The main person who works the registry has absolutely zero interest in customer service. I made a return, and when I asked her for a printed receipt, she claimed that because it was an online order, therefore, I would only get an emailed return receipt. I had to ask her three times until she budged and ended up giving me the printed receipt as I should’ve gotten on the first place. Also, I tried to buy an item which was 40% off per the store promotion plus an extra 25% off this week. She scanned the item and asked for payment. I asked her if that was a final prize on the screen, she confirmed. I then inquired why the 25% off extra had not been applied, and her answer was “it is optional”. Corporate promotions are not optional. So please, go on the website, know all the promotions available before you walk into this store. They are not interested in giving you those promotions, and sadly, you will need to ask for them. All they care is to make a dollar number of sales per month."

"I had a great experience purchasing a suit at this location. Brittany was very friendly and professional and helped me find exactly what I was looking for, for an upcoming event. She also made recommendations for accessories that perfectly complimented the suit. It was a bit of a last minute purchase, so I was pleasantly surprised to find an off the rack suit that fit me so well and thanks to Brittany was able to buy everything else I needed."

"Worst service I've ever had. I do not recommend this store period. Between the manager being rude over me asking how can I pick up a surprise outfit for my wife that i bought online. they wanted me to provide her ID because I'm not her well I'm paying for it with my credit card . They are acting like people come with order numbers and steal other people's stuff after they pay with their own credit card. Worst service I don't recommend store period. And the worst thing is the manager was involved and she said a security risk for 2 paid outfits lol SMH"

"I wish some of the clothes had a better quality/thickness and not see thru. Other pieces are obviously of better material though they are the same price. Discounts can be found online for factory stores check before check out. They do have some great sales for the entire store sometimes."
