"Love the store but Don’t care for the return policy. Boots fit well initially. I wore them a 3-4 times and the left boot tongue kept shifting down into the boot and was causing pain in my left toes. Tried to return and trade them for less money than I paid and maybe have them clean them up and resell for a slightly lower price (refurbish) but it was a no. So I’ll go elsewhere for boots."
