"I’ve never had a Plato’s take so long in checking 1 basket. I dropped off my basket at 11:30 mind you they open at 10am and there were only 2 bags infront of mine. They took 6hrs to check a basket and only took one shirt and that one shirt was at the top while everything was folded exactly how I brought it in. Don’t waste your time taking anything to this Plato’s."
"Dropped off box at 12pm, 3:15pm rolls around and I have not gotten a text so I go back to the store to see if is done yet because it does not seem like my texts are working lady tells me is going to be like 1-2 more hours so I stay in the parking lot in my car because I live like an hour away can’t just go home to come back. I wait 2 hours in the parking lot still no text so I come in around 5:30pm lady tells me is still not done and is going to be like 2 more hours at this point they expected me to wait around for 7+ hours for a possible buy I’m sorry but I have stuff to do and I’m not going to be wasting gas back and forth. I have sold at other plato’s and wait is usually 90 minutes to 2 hours max. I told her to just give my box back and I left not worth the wait for a few bucks. I will never be returning to this location."

"For years, I've read and seen advertising for them saying, "Plato's Closet buys and sells gently used name brand clothes, shoes and accessories." TBH, I can only speak to the men's department. I'm not sure if it is because of inventory or sales, but I was not impressed with the labels or lack thereof. Some are from colleges and local theme parks. A lot you could find NEW at your local Wal-Mart. For the designer, I've seen better selections and prices for NEW at stores like ROSS, MARSHALLS, and TJ MAX, some of which share the same plaza. Or steps away is the GOODWILL. Again, I can only speak to the mens department, which made up probably less than 10% of the store. The advertising may hold true for the women's department."
"Store was neat and clean. Had a lot of clothing for women not much for men. The aisle were very well labeled making it easy to fine stuff. Not many staff members on hand and they were not out going at all. Place was not to busy so they could have been more welcoming. My daughter sells her clothes to them and says she never gets what they are worth says its like game stop. She does say thou there prices are not bad."
