"Pensacola Pet Resort Premier is a great resource for dog owners in Pensacola. We have boarded our dog , she regularly goes to day care, and we have had one on one and group training there. The facility is very large and even has a pool! The staff is great with my dog and makes me feel like I am dropping her off with family. Happy to recommend to all!"

"I unexpectedly (but wholeheartedly) welcomed a baby bully mix (male, 5-6 months old) into my two-Frenchie family earlier this year and chaos ensued. New guy was all heart and unbridled enthusiasm. One resident pup (male, age 3) loved him until his overexuberance took the fun out of every game. The other (male, age 9), a prolific resource-guarder, wanted to take the new guy out, full stop. Baby gates and separate spaces were only going to get us so far. Matt homed in on that fairly quickly and empowered me with the knowledge, tools, and reasons to expect more from myself and my pups. And it worked. It really worked. My new guy first did Matt’s Board & Train program. The results speak for themselves. Matt taught him every skill needed to do life with us, and he listens, understands, and obeys better than many adult dogs I know (including mine). He’s still an adoring, joyful puppy but he’s much more confident and composed, which reduced the tension at home and enabled the others to warm up to him enough that all three pups now happily snuggle and sleep together with me in the same big bed every night without issue. His manners in public are so exemplary that he routinely goes to events and restaurants with me, and spends full days off-leash at my office in a courthouse full of people. His recall in the presence of distractions (think: dog park) is well over 95%. All this from a 9-month-old-ish puppy. It’s not just me either. A friend recently sent her one-year-old black lab to Matt for Board & Train and had the same experience. Reinforcing and maintaining the foundation that Matt laid does take discipline, consistency, and commitment, although not nearly as much *time* as one might think. But you’re not alone in that. "Highly recommend Pensacola Pet Resort Premier for your fur babies! Matt’s group training classes are phenomenal. I took my puppy for a 6 week class and could not have been happier with her results. I then chose to put her in the 2 weeks board and train one on one with Matt. I was blown away with everything he taught in two weeks. Matt is incredible!
