"I came here looking for a wedding dress and was greeted by a very kind lady who was eager to help. She was so helpful and polite, and set up a dressing room for me. You CANNOT beat these prices! I loved this gorgeous dress with embroidery and it was $98 !!!! Prices range from $100-450 , they have awesome sales The dresses here are more of older styles, but they are still very beautiful. They have an amazing selection of formal dresses as well. I tried on three dresses, and really loved one. Definitely recommend coming here to search for dresses! They had a fair amount of plus size as well"

"Cleaned out my closet in March and took the items that still had tags attached (I generally remove the tags in clothing because they bother me) to this consignment shop. Just got $86 in cash for items I might have donated to the Goodwill. They did a good job screening my items, only took the good stuff, so I feel confident they do a good job screening most of their products. I’ve bought a few things here, great prices. Nice bridal boutique"

"The staff here is super friendly! Upon entering I was pleasantly surprised. I was expecting an unfriendly face as the other reviews described, but this was not the case. The current staff members were quick to tell me that the employee mentioned is no longer working with them. Cindy and Kareen offered exceptional customer service, not only assisting me with my purchases, but also in providing friendly conversation. I will be returning!"

"I can absolutely agree with the reviewer below. We also ran to get there before their stated closing time of 6...we arrived at 5:40 and immediately upon walking in the woman at the counter told me I could only look around for 5 minutes because that’s when she locks the doors and does the end of day bookkeeping so she can leave by 6...what?!? We looked through their wedding dresses and some accessories and she was not very friendly then she asked us to leave at 5:50. If you close at 5:45, then say that on here- your closing time is when you no longer take customers, not when you want to leave. Not sure how they stay in business with this customer service attitude. We went across the street to Good as New and they were welcoming and so nice to work with!!"

"What HAPPENED to this place? Went there yesterday in search of a cocktail dress for my daughter. Woman at counter was rude at best. They didn't have anything that suited her needs on the rack, but in the front window had a pretty little dress. I took a picture and went back today with my kid in tow to try it on. I asked the lady at the counter (different person, equally unfriendly) if my daughter could try on the dress. She said no? I asked it it were for sale (there was a price tag ON IT) and she said "Yes, but not when it's in the window". Lord help the people trying to consign their clothes here. You'd be better off giving them to Goodwill! It USED to be great! (4 daughters=lots of party dresses bought) - will never go back again :("
