"Great store with good prices. Not enough polo shirts for men."
"At 8:40pm my daughter informs me of the theme at school for the next day. Searched online, found that Bealls had a cowboy hat that would work. We were equidistant from each of the locations in Sarasota at the time, but chose this one as it was closer to home. We walked in at 2 min to closing looking for the cowboy hat. The two sales women were friendly and helped us find what we needed, even though they were closing. After finding the hat they asked what else we need. At no point did they make us feel bad about being there closing time. Fantastic service, the gentleman manager was also very friendly. Totally made our night and my daughter's spirit week. Thank you!"
"My wife loves coming to Bealls when we are back in Florida. Especially during the holiday season because of all of the ornaments they have. Well, this trip, we picked up some for her mom as well. We wish we still lived there so we could visit more often, but grandkids come first, and they are in Virginia."
"I came for something and they didn't have the size so I asked this nice lady and she says to me. Oh wait a minute. Let me go get someone to help you. I didn't wait long at all. This gentleman came over. He helped me. He went through all the different styles of shoes with me. He took his time and he was so polite and so nice and the little lady running around going to get someone for me. Well then the next thing I know I'm in line paying for my purchases and the nicest lady said. Don't worry I'll take care of this cuz I didn't know how to use my coupons. I don't think I've ever been somewhere that there was that many nice people working there."
"INCREDIBLY rude, uppity staff !!! I was followed by an older woman who stopped me whilst browsing the children’s section to comment on how large my purse was, saying, “That’s so big, you could fit so much in there. You could even put a child in there” She did not stop after this comment, and I felt so terribly uncomfortable that I even opened my bag to show her the random junk most women store in their tote bags, a makeup pouch, old receipts, etc. If Bealls employees take pride in pointedly and sneakily suggesting innocent shoppers of stealing then I will NOT be returning here !"
