"Being 6'-5" tall and weighing in at 298, it is so difficult to find clothes that fit me, after and exhausting day of shopping numerous stores (approx 4 hours) I walk into Buckle in UTC Mall and I am greeted by Juliette, I told her about my many failures in finding some decent T Shirts that would fit me properly, She was so patient with me and took her time going above and beyond to look in her computer inventory to see what she had in stock in my size, then going through the painstaking process of finding the item among the many piles of shirts in her store. She was by far the kindest person I have ever met in retail and had such patience with me and was on a mission to find every 3xl t shirt in her inventory. Eight t shirts later she was an absolute pleasure to deal with as she rang me up. She is truly an assets to that store and I hope her supervisors know that. I will be back to purchase more shirts in the coming weeks and hope she is working. Thank you so much for you patience and genuine kindness and making my shopping experience as painless as possible. "When traveling down to Sarasota Buckle is definitely one of my fiancé and mine favorite spot. Especially today Clare made the experience so much better, she was persistent when a size didn’t fit she was on it. When they didn’t have something in store she ordered it right away. The staff at buckle is very friendly and very attentive to all there customers!!"

I didn't even realize how attentive she was until she brought over a tablet showing us which shoes in the size we needed were available. We just moved here from the Midwest and this is the best Buckle experience I've ever had. She wasn't pushy or intrusive, just helpful and friendly. Before I had even made it to the back of the store, Courtney ushered me over to several pieces she thought I would like based on one shirt I had picked out.
