"My daughter ordered a dress weeks ago and it hasn’t come yet. It’s for my wedding and she is devastated. She spent way more than her budget usually allows for this special occasion. No one answers the phone and the voicemail is full. What a scam! Do not order anything from Lady Brigade online! UPDATE: I updated the review to 4 stars rather than 1. The owners husband reached out to me after I contacted them here and said they would send the dress asap. It should arrive tomorrow. I'm very happy with the customer service. It goes without saying, that I should not have had to go to the lengths I did to get something my daughter purchased. UPDATE: The dress arrived as promised and it’s darling. She paired it with white boots and will wear it Saturday for my wedding. Thank you Lady Brigade!"
"Stopped in this little shop on my most recent trip to Sarasota, and it's the cutest! So many great little things and clothing! We loved reading the hilarious magnets and cards. Also, the owner is super friendly and helpful. I loved that everything was from women owned businesses. Definitely worth a visit!"
