"Horrible experience and service for the THIRD time. I thought it was just a fluke but no I’ve gone to this store SEVERAL times and each time I’ve been blatantly ignored while they went out of the way to help other customers. Short and dismissive with questions. Dirty looks from staff. If you aren’t white you apparently shouldn’t shop here. Well it’s obvious that’s how the staff feels. Talbots In tampa is much more welcoming I recommend shopping there not this location. The clothing is great but the staff are not."

"TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I will never try to shop here again! I tried to go on 3 separate occasions to buy some clothes only to be completely ignored and literally ran into by an employee that was making a HUGE effort to act as if I didn't exist. My boyfriend couldnt believe it either, and he convinced me to try again only to be treated awful, *AGAIN. It was SO embarrassing. I just put the items I had wanted back and I gladly went and BOUGHT MY CLOTHES ELSEWHERE, where I am appreciated, respected or just simply acknowledged as a customer JUST WANTING TO MAKE A PURCHASE. I just truly can't believe how RUDE and inconsiderate these employees can be!!!"
