"The store was well laid out and organized and maintained. I did not see an item I was looking for and when I asked an associate who was moving floorsets, she pointed in a direction and walked away. Didn’t bother to show me or offer to help me find my size etc. I’m not a high maintenance guest. Im the guest that pays attention to how an item is folded and I’m sure to put it back exactly how it’s displayed as well as size order. I’ve worked retail and I’m fluent in the etiquette an associate is expected to display. So I put my potential purchase down, turned and walked out of the store. Done."
"Went in to purchase a few blouses, tops and jeans on Sunday and not one sales person even looked in my direction! I wandered to the back of the store, looked around and still no one said a word, not even a simple hello! Needless to say I won’t be back to this store! These women should be fired!"

"My mother and I went shopping here today. Worst experience EVER that we have had at a White House. My mom has shopped with White House for years and I usually am with her so I can help her. Today there were 3 women working. No one ever greeted us. They didn’t offer to start a dressing room or offer to help us find anything. We asked one lady if they had a particular pair of pants in moms size and she said I don’t know there may be some in the rest of the racks but never offered to help us look. We got our own dressing room. No one asked if we needed anything or checked on us when in the dressing room. When we went to check out was the only time an employee tried to help and that was to add on to the sale once we were in the process of checking out. I love White House but I will never go back to this particular location again."
