"Low prices because these items are from dirty sources. I bought a shower set, super cheap, turns out it was known to give cancer. In english, clear as day, cancer warning. The manager was a lady who was so rude, distasteful, and unprofessional. Mind you i visited with my mom. She didn't want to return my money and wound up throwing the receipt at the employee in defeat. Never going back again, you won't have my cheap payment for your cheap dirty products and guest service."
"Great place to shop but they are closing down soon. Waiting for them to hike up the closure discount to go back. Staff can be a little iffy and their return policy is not the best in the world. They have no dressing rooms or bathrooms either...... but if you can get past that you will find a lot.of great deals."
"This place is very economical and I have found some cute shoes for me and my kids and some cute clothes. You really have to look through the jungle of clothes to find something cute. I don't like that the clothes racks are so close together and the dressing room area is filthy and messy. I did buy bed sheets and a bed in a bag set from there too and they lasted me years."
"Good prices, but cleanliness is horrendous. As a person of cleanliness, I cannot rate the store any higher despite the good prices. The store is overcrowded with stock, so the employees clearly struggle with sorting and putting back clothing to where the changing booths are full of clothes and littered with tags and stickers on the floor. There is a lot that needs to be done to fix this store, but if you are willing to wade through the mess and do not really need to try anything on, then the prices are great."
"I have been going to this store ever since it opened up. Fallas has everything you need for kitchenware,housewares,tons of toys and clothing for the whole family and more. The reason why I gave this store 4 stars is because they have great prices on name brand clothing. If I was to rate it on being organized an clean it would get a 2. It seems that the customers that shop there do not care about hanging clothes up. They do need to hire workers that understand English a little better,they can improve there as well. If you are around South Orlando you have to go here if you have time to look stuff is scattered everywhere."
