"I don’t know how to tell the difference between a Nordstrom Rack and a Winners/Home Sense based on my experience here. To me it wasn’t a “Nordstrom” in any sense, and the labels they carried left much to be desired. The decor was 100% a Winners (at least same as what we have in Canada)."
