"This is a late review. We were helped by Louis Ike in November of 2023 in the men's department. He was so wonderful giving us one on one attention with buying a suit for my husband. He gave encouraging and honest advice on the best fit and we were very grateful. Louis was incredibly inspiring and had a very fulfilling impressive career in engineering and noted how happy he was to help people in this venue currently. We really appreciated the help, support and inspiration."

He was very helpful, courteous and kind. I needed to refund and re-purchase my items using a gift card and Christopher did the transaction so quickly and effortlessly. "It's definitely worth a visit. Many nice pieces found in the clearance area. Sales galore especially so close to the holidays for the entire family. Toys-R-US toys section and plenty more. Store is clean and in order, which is a plus for many."
"I was shopping at Macy's, and I must say it was a fantastic experience. The store was impeccably clean and well-organized, making my browsing and shopping hassle-free. The staff was incredibly helpful and attentive, readily available to assist with any inquiries I had. The highlight of my visit was the perfume section, which was truly excellent. The wide selection of fragrances was impressive, and I found the perfect gift for my wife. The variety of gift options available made it easy for me to choose something that would truly make her day. Cons: Lost one star due to messy fitting rooms. Macy's has truly exceeded my expectations with their level of service and the quality of their products.
