"By far the worst Tj Maxx I’ve been to. The fact that I called ahead of time to see if they had the Hello Kitty chair in stock and they told me yes. When I get there not even 20 minutes later. There is barely any chairs and no Hello Kitty chair whatsoever. I asked a lady if they had any in stock maybe even in the back. She literally had the worst attitude and kept asking me what I wanted when I literally asked her about the Hello Kitty chair. I wish I got her name because I would love to report her. She was actually very very rude and I will not be returning to this location."
"Worst place to shop don’t go here if you have to do a return I tried to do a return I had the tag on my clothes one of the managers was soo rude she wouldn’t even give me store credit as a avid customer of retail and working in the retail field don’t go here . She had the biggest attitude I’ve ever experienced not even offering store credit . I’ll never ever be back ,"
"This store is very assorted and very organized. Employees are super nice, dressing rooms are clean, and overall a good experience everytime we visit."
"Their dress selection is OK (but it’s 1/5 the size of Ross, which is next door). The staff are nice and the place is fairly well stocked, but not as well stocked as you’d expect for a location in the international drive area. If you can avoid the bathrooms, do so, as they are not kept clean and there’s no place for women to leave their feminine hygiene waste (see photo). Also, the shoe section is really small —- there were only about 10 pairs of shoes in sections above size 8."
