"During my visit to the Loft outlet today, I encountered concerning behavior from a sales representative named Monica. In the fitting room, I noticed her selectively greeting only Caucasian customers. Despite being a Canadian with a South Korean heritage, I received no assistance, and when I attempted to engage with her by smiling and saying “hi” when we made eye contact, she said nothing and gave me a side-eye. This situation is discriminatory, and I request appropriate measures be taken to address and discourage such behavior."
