Welcome Back Shirt Shack

"When my daughter was starting kindergarten at Imagine (several years ago now) they were at the open house selling uniforms. I was looking at the different pieces and styles available with my daughter trying to decide on size and which items to purchase since it was our first year and we needed an entire set. In the middle of being helped by the woman at the table someone else walked up looking at uniforms and she walked away from me mid question about sizing and began helping the other person. We had taken up less than 10 minutes of her time in preparation of buying a week’s worth of clothes and accessory items. I was very frustrated at her complete dismissal of us. Her daughter was there helping her and looked very embarrassed especially when she saw how aggravated I was. I told her what I wanted and made the purchase trying to be polite to her since it’s not her fault her mother’s customer service skills are non-existent. My wife joined a group that resells uniforms on Facebook within the school community and we made every effort to purchase future uniforms within the group so as not to have to give them any of our business over the years. Thankfully we were always able to find pieces in like new/nearly new condition. It’s a shame they held (perhaps still do, it’s been a while) a monopoly on the production/distribution of the schools uniforms. Would gladly go elsewhere if possible."
