"The tech. that serviced my bike was very knowledgeable and was very thorough with the inspection. Everything that should have been checked, adjusted and/or greased was done so and everything worked just fine when I rode it the next day. I am always pleasantly greated as soon as I walk in the store. The employee who first attended to me also told me of their special $50.00 off coupon they had on their service labor, so overall a very good experience."

"I love this store! They always have a great selection of bikes. Even though I love my bike, I also love to browse. Great parts and accessories, what they don’t have, they order pretty quickly. Best of all is the staff. The sales team are very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. The guys in the service department are top notch! They also take the time to listen and share their wealth of knowledge. There are multiple stores closer to me but this is my favorite."

"Store was well stocked and staff was very helpful. It was the busy Black Friday and the sales person never rushed us . He had us test drive our bikes and pick all our accessories. We I returned to get our bikes I realized my bike rack wasn’t gonna work. They were to have an assembled hitch rack and install it for me , they were very helpful and all together it was a good buying experience."

"This store is so awesome. Staff was very friendly efficient and helpful. They were so welcoming and did my bike tune-up so quickly and perfectly. My bike looked brand new when I picked it up. All of the staff from answering the phone to the service tech who worked on my bike were so nice. I will definitely be back when I'm ready for my next bike! Christmas decorations were perfect too !! This was a great bike place!"
