"Big selection low low prices.. I got a cardhart heavy duty T-shirt in there. Patten to green color and I saw the same shirt at the mall in the price was $39. Ross Had a price tag for 999 and because it had A little marked on the lower back side and when I pointed it out, they took an additional 10% off. Hi highway, recommend you trying Ross. Before you go pay big money elsewhere. Yo get 3 times this much at Ross, as you would. The gap or chess king or any of those places. They even be prices to the big compet walmart sears etcetera"
"One cashier working on a Saturday with nine people waiting in line to check out. Manager walks up front, I call to her to see if we can get some additional help up front. I am blatantly ignored. I walked up to the counter and left $80 worth of selected merchandise right there. I asked the associate to please pass on to the manager that you lost an $80 sale and that I would never waste my time in there again. A horrendously run retailer that operates on bare bones staffing. Get a manager in there who takes pride in what they do. The one you have now is just drawing a paycheck."
"We walked in and the floor was very sticky, the floor was dirty with broken hangers, dirt, and trash. I am aware they need help but a Manger should know that certain areas should be addressed. We left because it was just awful."
