"Walked into this store and whoever was working there did not bother to say anything to my husband and me. She was too busy talking to someone and didn’t even acknowledge our presence as we perused the store. I actually tried to look at something she was standing in front of and didn’t even bother to move!!!! I will never visit this store again. Shame on you for even trying to hire people when you can’t have someone work there acknowledge people at all!!! Poor work habits."

"Very poor return policy. I bought a locket there and when I got home the front glass had already popped out. I wanted to return it for my money back so I could find a different gift. When I get there the owner says there is an exchange only policy. While there is a sign on the counter and receipt, no one verbalized this policy to me and since we are in the mall you would assume there would be a 30 money back guarantee. Nope, not here. After arguing back and forth the man offered me an upgraded locket for no extra charge. I accepted because he obviously was not going to give me a refund. I did not leave happy. I feel even worse because I allowed myself to get angry to the point of raising my voice to a stranger. I hope in the future this guy has enough confidence in his products to offer a refund for unsatisfactory items. I like the store but will no longer be a customer because of poor policy and customer service."
