"False advertising going on here. I was going to buy a sweater that was on a rack that had signs all over it that read 50% off. There were at least four more of the same sweater I was going to buy on that same rack advertised as 50% off. I was rung up by one of the clerks, the heavyset one with an unhelpful attitude and she refused to give me the discount that was clearly posted all over that rack where those sweaters were."

"This was my first time going Francesca's. What an inviting location. I was greeted with a very friendly Hello and welcome! If you need help! Her name was "Patrina" Boutique Manager. I was shopping for jewelry to wear for my daughter's wedding. And I left with 4 pairs of earrings, a bracelet. Mrs. candle and a bridesmaid tumbler. I joined the free reward program. I only have 40 points left for my reward. Anyway, Thank you, Patrina. You were delightful and it was a joy shopping with you. Roxann"
"i shop at this store regularly, but i have been very disappointed in the way the employees have been acting. last week i went into the store and a woman came in without a mask. they asked her to leave because it was store policy, but she went on an explained that she had a medical condition that prevented her from being able to wear one. the employee told her “sorry this is the managers policy and you have to leave” then after both employees went behind the counter and talked about her and the situation. i felt like this was very unprofessional. i understand the mask issue, but i will not continue to shop if they are so rude about their policy."
