"I would avoid this location at all cost. Terrible customer service and even worse... they sell EXPIRED products. I came in for a specific item and was "pushed" to buy the whole set by one of the associates. When I got home (which is about 2 hours away) one of the items was expired and all dried out. A month later I came back to return but they wont accept it because it was an insert in the box. I came 2 hours away and wasted time and gas just for nothing. As a VIB Rouge, this is unacceptable! After 12 years of being a loyal customer, I am ending my business with Sephora simply due to this experience."

"I bought a perfume gift set with the option to exchange a voucher for a full volume of perfume of your choice. When I came to exchange at the store, the saleswoman said that the voucher had already been used and she could not give me the perfume. So, Sephora sells already used vouchers or smth else…"
