"I used to swear by this veterinary service because they were always so kind and caring towards my dog. A few weeks ago I took my dog there for a sick visit. The doctor came out telling us that my dog test results are showing that she’s very sick. There’s nothing they can do for us there and we have to take her to an emergency clinic. We take her and since I couldn’t afford their $10,000 hospitalization fee to fix her, we had no choice, but ultimately put her down, I have the wellness plan with New day so I emailed them asking to cancel it and I’m told I still have to pay even though they sent me away because they could no longer help my dog and with the results ending and putting her down. I’m glad to see that pets and their parents come first, even in the most difficult of time, I will never recommend this place to anyone ever again."

"This has been one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a clinic. My dog has been horribly sick, we requested and paid for stat results and had to call day after day to get them. Communication is awful. We would call .ultiple times with no return calls. There is always an excuse. If you need a good reliable vet, they are not it. Our pets are part of our family and should be treated as such. Don't make the same mistake we did in trusting these people"
