"This was my first order from Imperial, and generally ordering a reptile online, and I was happy to find the entire interaction was fantastic and so easy! The care that goes into packaging, and even when they will ship, makes my heart happy. I was a bit worried waiting for our Tangerine PH Patternless African Fat Tail Gecko that it was struggling to stay warm. It is not quite winter here yet in Texas but it’s definitely cooling off. When the gecko arrived it was abundantly clear that the contents were perishable on all sides of the box and to keep it in the upright position. Upon opening the box, the gecko was secured in place and there was what appeared to be a hand warming to keep our girl warm. Fairly certain our new family member was probably happier in that box than she was when we put her in her new, unfamiliar, home! With shipping aside, she was very healthy and alert. We put her container in her new enclosure and gave her time to step out on her own. She promptly went directly to one of her hides as soon as she soaked in her environment and we were so happy!
