"i can’t say enough nice things about Dr. Tess Tanner Copeland, and the employees at this office. the employees who ask the intake questions for drop off are so thorough and listen to every concern. last visit was a gentleman who I unfortunately cannot remember the name of, and today was a woman who was so easy to talk to and made genuine conversation while also ensuring that she wanted to hear about my concerns for my cat, and also complimented the way I care for my cat which I appreciated so much. And today when Dr. Tess Tanner Copeland called, she was extremely thorough with the treatment plan as well as addressing every single one of my concerns that I had earlier. I feel really taken care of there, they make the process so much easier especially with the OWP. I live out in Davenport and I still will only come to this location. I’m really thankful to everyone here. Thank you for being so consistent and kind every time."

"Excellent experience here. We just moved to the area and were actually contemplating canceling our wellness plans because we had such bad experiences with our previous Banfield location. I'm glad we didn't. Vet tech Katie showed affection to our dog (which never happened at our other location). She and the vet both did an excellent job explaining things and offering the best approach to handle our dogs skin issue."

"I am so happy with my experience there. My cat had an ear infection (treated by another vet) and after 2 rechecks with them, I decided to go to Banfield because they had a coupon for a free first visit. I am so glad i went there. They found out that my cat had ear mites which is why his infection wasn't fully cleared by now (I have no idea how the other vet missed that). The doctor was fantastic, she spend time in the room with me, addressing every concern I had and questions about my pet's health. The next day, I found a worm on my cat and I called them, I didn't know what to do and wanted to avoid having to bring him back. They told me to email them a picture of it. Shortly after the doctor called me, told me what it was and told me I could come pick up medication that same day. They made it so easy. The only thing I didn't like is that the nurse I had at first didn't seem to understand why I brought my pet in, and kept asking me the same questions. She also spend a lot of time talking about the plan they have. I don't mind getting the talk about their programs but I was like: can we take care of my pet first ?? But the doctor after and all of the front desk staff were absolutely fantastic :) I have a banfield closer to my close but I will go back to this one from now one!"
