"Update 2/15/24; Unfortunately I had to give one star. I would update to zero stars if I could. As I dropped off my nine-month old "face-shy" puppy this morning with the groomer, I explained that he probably needed to be distracted with a toy, bone, etc., as they groomed his face since he was still learning to have his face groomed. The instructor lightly dismissed my offer to go and get a distraction from a nearby pet store. Later, when I came to pick him up, I was extremely disappointed to overhear the instructor (who was wrapping up the end of the day with several students) say my dog was "unbearable" and "... needs training". She probably should have looked around to see who else might overhear before she started her tirade. Not a good way to teach students. We obviously won't be back."
"My father has been taking my dog to this groomer for a few years now. They’ve always done a great job even though my dad has a language barrier…. My father brought him in today again… and they shaved my HUSKY completely. YOU DO NOT SHAVE A HUSKIES COAT EVER.. I'm pretty sure that even if a customer ask to shave a husky, as a professional business.. YOU SHOULDN'T EVEN DO IT.. and at that they knew it was wrong because they left his face the same, so just imagine how my dog is looking. If my dog gets sick or something happens to him because YOU people shaved his coat… you will see me. I guarantee it"
"This place is great! I inherited 2 badly matted maltipoos. They were a mess. I found Woof Gang Academy on google and I am glad I did. They did a bit of maneuvering around my schedule. the service was awesome!!! My pups were clean and happy when I arrived for pick up- I think they wanted to stay longer! I would give 10 stars if it were possible!! Thank you to the team at Woof Gang Academy of Grooming!"
"They did a great job. Would have given them a 5 star but they forgot to cut their nails. They did 2 Yorkies and a puppy Doodle. They look great ! Very happy, dogs didn’t act traumatized as can sometimes happen and came home beautiful and happy. Thanks"
