"Desirre, Marline and team at the pharmacy really pulled through for us tonight! My spouse had a surgery earlier and really needed the medication, but I found out that the pharmacy closed at 8 and the staff was getting ready to head out. This compassionate team and pharmacist went above and beyond to fit me into their busy schedules as well as provide new information about insurance that we did not know. Their customer service was awesome and they will be remembered for their kindness."
"So there.is this haitian lady been working at this location for long time with the.worst attidude I mean this lady seems like she hates life every second, has no emotions and is very rude.Every single day! I cant imagine her.being married. Leadership should have a talk with her have her cheer up a little or just pur here were she does not need to relate with people. "UPDATE with new info: They recently told me they would not fill one of my prescriptions from out of state that I had been filling there for nearly FOUR years, citing some new state law. According to another pharmacy I spoke to, THERE IS NO SUCH LAW. The pharmacists just make stuff up and lie to you. Completely unethical and anti-patient. If I could give 0 stars, I would. The store is fine, but the pharmacy is a disaster. I often have to wait in very long lines and when it is finally my turn, I am sometimes told it’s still not ready. I sometimes receive messages that something is ready when it’s actually not, or that it’s not ready but it actually is. They have very obtuse policies about certain medications and will NOT allow them to be refilled until 2 days before running out (which is apparently at the individual pharmacist’s discretion). My wife and I waste a ton of time with this pharmacy and it’s extremely frustrating. Avoid this location if you can."
"This is the worse Walgreens that I have ever been to. Prescriptions are never ready on time. Meds are always on back order. You can barely understand their explanations on why the pharmacist is always confused. Walgreens used to be better than this before. I was even suggested to transfer my meds to CVS by their own pharmacist."
"Idiot workers closed the store 30 minutes early. Needed medicine because I was sick. Watched them all congregate on their phones with the doors locked at the entrance of the store while they shouted through the glass that they were closed. Pathetic and lazy."
