"Used to check my vision at The Eye Associates in Sun City Center. A friend recommended this office since it is closer to my house. From the receptionist, to the doctor and including the office personnel, they were all awesome!. Took the time to listen, helped with the exams and frame recommendations. A very professional, jovial and good spirits personnel in this office. Made my first visit an extraordinary experience. Highly recommended!!."

"Staff was friendly and tried to help but couldn't get me a eye test without dilation if your able to bring someone with you this shouldn't be a issue but id recommend any other optical outlet in Brandon the other 2 optical outlets offer Retina images like all updated offices. do not expect to see the doc till 40ish mins after your appointment (probably caused by them having to Dilate everyone) got there at 4pm appt @415pm and the doc walked out her room around 430 calling in the next person waiting (wasn't me still looked liked I had 2 ppl waiting ahead of me) took a month for them to have a appointment open (busy times I understand) plan knowing everything. the ppl here are sweet and helpful the doc or whoever owns this optical outlet needs to upgrade the equipment.(they don't cost a crazy amount my uncle use to operate a Pearle vison and they had it 7yrs ago) 2 stars cause after a month wait I walked out with nothing from this location, go to the other 2 optical outlet also in Brandon."

"Doctor is good. 2 years in a row staff mess up on the frames I ordered. please pay more attention to customers orders. I was really frustrated the last time, especially when you tell me my eyes was dilated so I couldn't see the color frames I chose. R u serious? So. Next time let the patient choose when there eyes is not dilated. Suggestion. I I have been your patient for a few years but not sure I want to continue"

"Worst experience ever! This place came recommended by another party and it was the worst mistake I ever made. My three year old caught conjunctivitis from dirty tools or the dirty eye drops the doctor used. I was there for over four hours running back and forth between waiting rooms to the exam room. My overall experience was trash my kid has had bloodshot eyes for three days which resulted me to take him to the hospital. Beware and be careful!"

"I was cheated of $230/-. I was supposed to get a full set of glass and a frame free from the insurance for both my sons. I was told the insurance would not pay for the lenses because it’s poly and anti glare. I believed them and paid them for both my sons because I had no other choice. Unfortunately, I didn’t look at the receipt properly. The math was right. Today when my boys got their glasses, both frames had lenses. Came to find out that insurance paid one full set (even if it was poly and anti glare) for both of them and I paid for the second set ( which I never ordered). I told them I’ve only asked for one lense and you gave us the 2nd one. According to them they can’t refund me because I already paid for it, the product was made (without my consent) and I signed all the papers. So, a word of advice to everyone please double and triple check before you sign anything. Especially when you are going in with your kids, there is a chance you get distracted with them. I know I was."
